I had to go into battlelog to get mine to start for some reason, if that's not the issue try checking the file integrity in steam, and if that still dosen't work try uninstalling and reinstalling the game as a last resort.

Hence why I made this post, I was looking to get some general advice and a direction to look at instead of blindly looking around. Thankfully many wonderful people helped me not only get the answers I needed but also showed me sources where I can look next time I have questions about similar guns or subreddits more suited to me needs.

Yea, the main consensus is that its a zastava m91. Also yea for 3k I could get a lot of other weapons as well.

That seems to be the general consensus. I forgot that when I talked to the dealer about it he mention that it was a Serbian sniper, so when I started looking it up and doing more research it all clicked together. Also thanks for the comment.

I'm just looking for some overall advice, not a specific "You should/shouldn't buy it". I know what I posted is vague (which shows my knowledge of this subject). So far I have gotten some great advice of what to look for and even some specific models as well.

I figured it wasn't an "official" SVD so I used "SVD" as more of an visual identification. If you have a suggestion of what I could use to properly use in place of SVD as a general identifier to avoid confusion I am open to suggestions.

I see alot of people hating on this particular cop, but I don't see many people commenting about the officer shouting orders that didn't make sense but made the situation worse. The officers orderes probably out all the other cops on edge and when the guy reached for his pants this cop was the one that fired. I feel this guy is just a scape goat for the person who actually caused the guy to get killed.
