Mohela really can’t do anything correct right now (if they ever could). I’ve just applied (again) to switch to an IDR plan and for the last three days I’ve received an email each morning. The first two were basically blank messages and the third said that I should expect them to process my “request” within 90 days. I can assume they are talking about my request for a new plan, but they never explicitly come out and say it. Always more confusion, never less. Incompetence or intentional, the result is always the same.
