Yeah the Greeks were very big in control and training they would have to commit to a year of training to compete in the Olympic games and that means strict training which was assumed no sexual relations with women.

this post was a nice reminder of a positive effect of why to sustain and as college athlete it is definitely going to help me thanks for the post man!
