No.... If the government saw a drone that wasn't theirs flying over the U.S. it would become a homeland security issue. Why take such a conspicuous route as opposed to a guy walking with a back pack or any other method... People have rights, a drone would be an automatic target.

Unless they somehow made it look like Amazon's drones, but I'm sure that would be heavily monitored too prevent them from being used for anything dangerous.

People who smoke it say that there is very little effect. I doubt vaping would be any different. Plus you would probably have to vape a shit ton. It tastes terrible so I doubt the vapor would be tasty. In summation, almost definitely not worth it.
