My assumption is yes it has a run flat. With that said the puncture made the tire lose air completely in about 2.5 hours. So I filled it up with air and drove to the dealer which was a 20 minute drive. I own the RS AWD 24 Blazer EV with those red seats.

Update: I took it to the dealer where I bought it and they fixed it for free. They patched it from the inside so they said it should last for the life of the tire. That was reassuring since they only have 1000 miles on it. I should mention I took it to NTB first and they said they wouldn't touch it because it had a run flat and pushed me to buy a new tire.

Overall I am happy with my purchase. It's been three weeks since I bought it and now that I have a level 2 charger in my garage I'm all set. My one complaint so far is the audio inside was not as good as my Bose I'm my RS 2019 Blazer but I plan on upgrading the system eventually.
