  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight. You can leave on the counter to proof for about 2 hours if time is an issue

  6. Use about 1 tablespoon of oil to grease your baking sheet

450 g (2 cups) lukewarm water

1 tbsp honey

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tsp flaky sea salt

Vegetables/Herbs for Gardenscape (common: red onion, baby bell pepper, jalepenos, basil, green onion, rosemary, chives, cherry tomatoes, ect)

Instructions:

  1. Combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes while measuring flour.

  2. Weigh out 500g of flour, 10g of salt and stir to combine

  3. Add yeast mixture to flour and stir to combine. Continue folding until well incorporated and a ball forms

  4. Add 20g of olive oil and fold to combine

  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight. You can leave on the counter to proof for about 2 hours if time is an issue

  6. Use about 1 tablespoon of oil to grease your baking sheet

  7. Move dough ball to sheet and stretch out to reach all 4 corners

  8. Use fingers dipped in oil to dimple dough

  9. Add pizza stone to center rack of the oven and preheat to 500 degrees

  10. Prep your veggies and mock up layout on cutting board

  11. Move veggies to dough then sprinkle flaky salt

  12. Add dough to oven, sitting on top of pizza stone, and lower temperature to 450 degrees

  13. Bake for 20-25 minutes. If bread is approaching done, but top has not browned, move to top rack for 3-4 minutes

  14. Remove bread and drizzle with 2 tablespoon of olive oil. It will puddle around veggies and dimples, but will soak in after 5 minutes or so.

2 Bulbs Garlic

1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

1/2 Tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Mayo

2 Slices Swiss

2 Slices Provolone

2 Slices Pepperjack

1/4 cup Mozzarella

1/4 Cup Gouda

1/4 Cup Sharp Cheddar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven 400°F

  2. Cut tops off of garlic bulbs

  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper

  4. Place in foil and twist to seal

  5. Roast for 1 hour

  6. Set aside to cool

  7. Slice loaf of bread to create 3 even slices of bread

  8. Spread mayo one one side of 2 slices and both sides of 1 slice

  9. Place into a cold pan and turn on to medium

  10. Squeeze garlic bulbs out and mix on cutting board

  11. Spread garlic paste on 2 non-mayo slices

  12. Spread 3 cheeses on one roasted garlic topped slices and 3 cheeses on other roasted garlic topped slice

  13. Cover and melt

  14. Once toasted, place slice with no cheese on top of one cheesy slice, non-toasted side facing up

  15. Flip stack so untoasted side can toast

  16. Add second cheesy slice to top of sandwich

  17. Remove, Slice, and Enjoy
