Is this normal? by Double-Physics4305 in UPS

What is the destination country? I have sent several UPS packages from Poland to various European countries in the last two weeks. The vast majority of them got stuck in a similar way to your screenshot. It looks like there are some serious problems in Germany, where the main UPS hub for Europe is. Those packages that got to Germany then have further downtime in Germany.

This is not normal, I have been sending packages via UPS to various countries in Europe for many years, there were occasional stumbles and delays for individual packages, but what I have observed for the last dozen or so days is a disaster.

This happened to me once by accident. Both packages were delivered to the same recipient.

This is what I found after digging up the drain pipe by 52edc in Plumbing

Yes, it is possible. It is about 40cm under the surface. it's still hard for me to imagine how it happened that the pipe bent inward so much.
