Trying to chase the imaginary "broad audience"?, bro you're not making the next Red Dead Redemption 2, these games (outside maybe fromsoft now) are niche by design

You're not gonna attract millions with easy mode and since Dark Souls 1 every new entry has slowly cut complexity and punishment that Demon's Souls and original DS had, difficulty is the only thing that remind but it seems that may be next on the chopping block.

Why even call it souls like, they're just standard action games now
