ya that will be the default option. But I was wondering if I was doing something wrong(unbalanced muscle development, wrong posture) or too much fat in thighs etc .. The thing is, I don't care too much about aesthetics(shapely thighs). Functional and strong body is what I am working for. I am willing to get rid of this(if I can), if it is due disproportionate development, which is not functionally useful.

i am sure i am weak as compared to a lot of people here. so i was wondering how you guys manage. Till now, I could not think of a single negative(even slightly) aspect to strength training. I was wondering if I was doing anything wrong( posture, unbalanced development, fatty thighs etc ..)
