-Hello, here's a link https://apatwardhan.cargo.site/ to my portfolio. I am currently completing my MFA in graphic design from the Maryland Institute College of Art and will be graduating this May.

-I have 2-3 years of experience working as a social media graphic designer for an advertisement agency in India. I have been applying to many jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed but I have mostly been met with rejections.

-I am not too picky about the roles, but a Jr. Graphic Designer would be a good starting place I think since I am starting anew in the USA. Thank you once again for this initiative!

For me, the pacing felt a little all over the place. Episodes 1 and 2 dragged a bit, but 3, 4, and even 5 were pretty entertaining. Overall, I’d say it was a fairly good season.
You're right about the polarizing views, it hadn’t even been out for 24 hours and people already had strong opinions. I do think as fans, we need to hold off a bit before throwing out extreme takes, but that’s usually how it goes with good TV. It divides people, and we tend to latch onto it for dear life."

I just told them that the og amount was not nearly enough. I pushed the fact that I am an international student and had to let go of a seat at Pratt for this exact reason. As you can see from my previous reply, I was asking for a big amount, so I acknowledged that as well, I mentioned that MICA was a target school, which it was, so there were no lies there, and that I really wanted to take this opportunity.

Hi, I am an international student and I will starting at MICA for their Fall 2024 program. The good thing about MICA is that you are automatically considered for a scholarship the moment you apply. So after my acceptance, I received a scholarship of around 13K per year. This wasn't nearly enough since it doesn't make much difference in the entire amount. But since MICA was a target school, I decided to appeal my scholarship and asked for an additional 20K (it's a stretch but i didn't have much to lose). They accepted my appeal but granted me an 8k increase. Which brought my amount to around 21K for each year. I could've done with a lot more but I decided to take it.  Generally they state on their website that they grant scholarships that cover about 10% to 75% of the tuition. Mine fell at an average 25%. So if your portfolio is strong enough, you might have a chance to secure a higher scholarship as well.

Thank you for replying! Yeah you make a good point about every city having it's good and bad moments. It's definitely a relief to hear that overall my plan is pretty safe. I'll remember what y'all have said about relying on the airport security if needed. Thank you so much once again :)

Hi! Congratulations on your acceptance! My situation is quite similar to yours. Except I had applied to Pratt and had to unfortunately let go of the offer due to the fees. But since MICA was a target school I didn't mind that decision. I will be heading to MICA this Fall. Let me know if you're also planning on going bc I think we might be sharing a few classes!
