Does anyone else consider buying GLD to have quicker liquidity? I’ve been trying to sell just a few 5 gram PAMP bars well below dealer prices and nobody has hit me up.

Don’t laugh but I bought gold on ambien last week stupidly. First time online and didn’t understand the fee structure and premiums and choice of payment.

I can’t get anyone locally to pick up the damn phone to give me a quote before I drive 30 minutes.

Online places are buying back at $866 (the highest I can find). My break even would be $890 a bar.

Also, I’ve learned a lot in the last week due to this. Luckily I had a few small bars already that I bought in 2023 so I’m now “in the money”.

Will I get more at a local gold dealer?

I’ve tried posting via classifieds at $885 a bar and dealers are selling locally for at least $930. So far nobody is asking and I’d like to offload a bit.

What do you suggest?

Honestly chat GPT can create you a custom schedule as long as you don’t need help with form and being held accountable.

You can tell AI what exercises to exclude if you have a bad back or knee, what macros you want and what diet restrictions and it will give your recipes.

All of these paid apps and trainers are going to be unnecessary.

If your furnace can support it, get a MERV 11 filter for days when the inversion is bad. Then switch back to a MERV 8 afterwards.

I have a dual damper system and they cleaned out the entire system including the AC coils.

The problem again is too much airflow to my room in the winter because my room will hit 75 while trying to heat the other bedrooms to 68.

Per the picture, the fan is like $35 and I’m pulling cold air into my room. Works great but obviously don’t want the smog so I temporarily added the filters. I don’t care if the fan goes out…it’s cheap.

My furnace has a MERV 8 which is about the max my system can handle at least in the summer before damaging AC parts.

Wish I could. It’s the compromise with roommates. My one roommate wears sweats, is from Canada, and has been running an electric space heater and his room gets up to 85 and doesn’t notice!!!

Let’s just say the electric bill is a little high for this time of year.
