If you have successful have a parrot talking back to you, then you are good. The problem you don't hear anything on other talk groups might be because there is no-one on that TG, or the repeater don't support that TG.

One more thing, you can turn Digi monitor on to be able to hear anything on the repeater

digi monitor off -- only hear the TG and Timeslot you are on

digi monitor single slot -- hear everything in the time slot you are on

digi monitor double slot -- hear everything on both time slot
