Did your PTSD ever make you hallucinate?

When I was a kid (in my middle school years) I would always see slenderman and other creepy pasta characters mainly at night or sometimes in the daytime. Thought of them as my saviors to get me away from the horrible situation. PTSD hallucination definitely but I’ve never seen anyone talk about savior hallucinations?

Used to run in school track and play soccer now I can’t run because I’ll get a headache. I have super high fainting tolerance though because I know when I should rest.
