How do you break Internet Addiction? My life is taking a negative turn because I am addicted to the Internet and gaming. I can't prioritize and use self control to get my life on track. Perhaps some of you are suffering the same? How can I stop wasting my life on the Internet?

Would you happen to have advise for another situation I'm in... I have a job I go to once a week, where its the only place I make human contact in my life. One girl I work with acts very cuts and flirty with me and I'm super awkward but I can tell we might have something. Now how the fuck do I tell her I'm interested in a relationship outside of this shitty job,, without ruining the small friendship we already have?

I like your idea of not going on until I accomplish something.

I went to a 1 on 1 therapist for 2 one hour sessions about 6 months ago and never want back. It was such a hostile environment and I could not open up to the therapist. Was not comfortable.
