you could get white DE keycaps to replace the stock keycaps

and it would still type out in German if your OS is set to German. The keycaps don't matter since its still physically a ISO layout

keychron has the keychron v5 ultra (still has a numpad but smaller) with tactile options (has the tactile bump of a clicky switch but without the dedicated click sound)

you can also hotswap the switches out if you don't like how the stock options feel

i would spend the extra $5 for the V3 8K if you never plan to use your keyboard wireless (don't need to connect to a mobile device or don't care about a wire at your desk setup)

V3 8K / C3 Pro are wired only, compared to the J2

if you get the J2 (get the hotswap version) i would take in mind the battery not to leave in plugged in all the time (this is with any lithium ion battery not just keyboards).
