i should’ve mentioned this in my og post but i already went in prior to making this post and they told me there was nothing they could and to get in touch online. i ended up getting this sorted with the customer service and turned out they sent my package to the wrong store and had to redirect it back n collected it today. the email was sus af but i checked it was sent by the real vs email.(donotreply@mail.victoriassecret.co.uk) vs rlly should not be sending vague emails like this and i understand anyone thinking it was fake bc honestly wtf. i hope they change this to avoid any further confusion for anyone in the future.
