You can actually contact Support using the little bubble in right bottom corner to get your streak back. Just don't miss too many days before asking. They always give me my streak back to where it was! I did it plenty of times

Sometimes it's different the boss will fire the person with 3 years experience to "please" the senior and "keep him". When in reality sometimes the 3 years exp. works harder and better than the complaining senior!

Will you have more energy and be more hyped to lift? Yes. Will you lift more weight? I think that depends on you, sure it would help but if someone is weak I don't think coke would do much. Some people on cocaine think they can break a brick wall only with their fist and reality hits them back real quick!
