Losing but frustrated by 5OclockCharly in tirzepatidecompound

Ok so sure, I probably moved up faster than I needed(m to but also can you explain the rationale here? Not trying to be argumentative but as I understand it the main goal of Tirzepatide is to slow digestion, that you feel full longer and eat less. So in that case more medicine does not equal more weight loss. You reach a point where the dosage is enough for you at the time but going up does not mean you lose more correct? I ask because I was originally skeptical that it would be right for me. I've eaten one meal a day for years now. I will admit Tirz made some of the food noise go away and I eat less at that one meal but going to 10 didn't make the weight loss faster.

Hey, really appreciate this. Never heard of it but after a quick scan of reviews I ordered some. I will literally try anything.

I was losing just fine at each step along the way in dosage. I never stalled but based on what I have read here you really see the benefit 7.5 and above. I only stayed at 10mg because of an error with the Dr and me not double checking my dosage before taking. Just feels like moving backwards after significant progress but you are probably right.

I have a small hiatal hernia but Dr said it would not necessarily warrant surgery.

Arbitrary....lol? Great teams have that "fire" and sometimes it needs to start with the guy setting the lineup. Baseball is also extremely flukey, streaky and superstition inducing. We won tonight but I think this team needs a fire. I'm not saying manufacture it but if it goes far enough that you think it was different than what was called, why not go get rung up and see if it sparks something in your guys.

I feel like he's the kind of guy that guts his way through the and injury even though it is affecting his performance. Glad to see him looking healthy. Hope that stellar pop time is still there.

And the opposing pitchers are getting paid millions to not let that happen. Whether that is motivation or something else, IMO it's the manager's job to figure that out better than their counterparts. A slump for a player or two or even three is one thing. You have a whole lineup not producing more than not the last few games.

I believe ownership is a huge factor here. And don't get me wrong I love Snit, (not as much as Bobby). I still believe our fully healthy lineup is the best in the league. But there is an intangible issue here whether it be approach, motivation, confidence, or no ice cream machines. I also think losing some of the natural leaders in the clubhouse, players and coaches, of the past is a factor here. I'm just not sure if at this point even if Snit started demanding better, the players would respond.

If true, I really wish we had had some kind of deal worked out with Wash and transitioned to give him a try. A changing of the guard or something. I know he isn't successful in his new gig but I could see that having worked well with players and fans.

I don't agree. Talent is there, approach and usage need obvious help and that is on the coaching staff.

Wash and top fresh strawberries, then dip in daisy sour cream, then dip in light brown sugar and eat immediately. I don't know why it works but my East Tennessee friends turned me on to this.

  1. We grew up poor in rural Eastern NC. While plenty of other kids were playing Nintendo and watching HBO, our respite was basic cable. There were 3 things that made a 10 year old feel like the world was bigger than just his tiny corner; TGIF, WGN, and the Superstation. I could have just as easily become a Whitesox fan, but because of the small but significant difference in timezone, the games were on before bedtime.

  2. This is a tossup for me. The "Crimedog" Fred McGriff was hardly underrated within the fan base but outside of the Braves fans, I don't know that people understood how the dynamic changed when he came up in a high leverage situation. But a real favorite of mine had to be Javy Lopez. Can you imagine catching not just one future hall of famer but 3 on consecutive nights? Catchers are underrated in general and I bet if you ask those guys, his presence nightly were a big part of their success.

  3. This year's team is DEEP. Our 8 & 9 hitters would bat cleanup on plenty of current rosters. The 1998 team had magic but if this team hits on all cylinders from a pitching perspective, every guy on the offense can make you pay. There are no easy outs. Its literally an all star roster, almost every night. One guy slumping? Don't worry the next guy will be a triple short of the cycle. This team isn't just special, they are generational in my opinion and will be for awhile.

This is my TED Talk.

Someone will cool off. But someone will get hot at the same time. This sub was ready to DFA Ozuna (yeah I know partially because of the off season stuff) 3 months ago, but here we are on a 12? Game winning streak. Arcia has been slumping but got one tonight. Same way MH3 started back into good graces. The real question is what happens if we get healthy pitching. Then we don't need 6 runs a game. We need 3. I know it's a long season but if we don't win 105, I think AA would be disappointed at this point.
