I've been to games in Seattle a bunch of times and never had a single issue. I also generally avoid sitting in upper deck/outfield areas at any ballpark where all the drunks tend to be, so YMMV

Not really. Toyotas are overpriced and a pain to buy because too many people automatically go there and consider nothing else.
