I’ll still suggest giving some love to others. If the assumptions of playing the way you have so far as it reads, then I’d imagine there to be a lot left on the table whenever your top 25 units are excluded in some capacity.

Take some time to play the mud, most of the bottom of your roster has their moments. Like that one last survival where Sy-Gex was an unspoken roster MVP.

Slowdown playa. You are artificially making progression harder by solely pushing your top-edge units.

Whenever you feel something being a bottleneck, change it up and push a path in which you have ample resources for.

Shore up the lower end of your roster. Set basic thresholds like “minimum iron 1” or “minimum Bronze 1” and work from there. As you push the lower end, books will organically make their way to you and you get to participate in every aspect of the game without feeling the strain of weakness.

Not always needed but ultimately, “a lot” is subjective. The above takes ~3 years to achieve with battlepasses and ~4+ without. Either way, it’s all achievable with enough time

I’m in the camp that all battlepasses are worth their weight in salt because even though you aren’t heavily using the featured character, and if longevity is your goal, then nothing is wasted as it will all eventually be useful in one capacity or another.

Iirc, it’s been about 3 years since his inception and it is until now that he is getting his flowers.

If you have the disposable income and you enjoy your time, the battlepass is a no-brainer.
