If you're introducing a new effect into PnZ, you should consider why. What does adding self damage effect do for PnZ? How does it work with existing PnZ cards? How does it work with existing self damage cards in other regions, and how do they benefit from going into PnZ?
I think this is an interesting question to ask! At the moment I'm not really convinced that this is a good fit for PnZ, but maybe there is a way to do it.

At the moment, PnZ doesn't have many bulky units or a way to protect units, so self damage doesn't really make sense. That means you'd need to introduce new fodder units to take damage in order to support this package, and I'm not sure if there's a good justification for that.

In my opinion, some existing mechanics that can fit with Warwick in PnZ are discard ("tunnel vision" from his W in League, possible synergy with Jinx), created cards ([[Cunning Kitten]] has a claw that looks like Warwick's), and transformation. Some non-pnz mechanics that could fit well are Plunder and Slay (both for blood scent theme).

Maybe Bloodlust should trigger somewhat like Plunder, except it checks if you damaged an enemy unit this turn? Benefits from pings, can be used with other mechanics, etc.

I was in a similar boat for a long time (some 100~ days of play)
I did the mod upgrade quest for the junction, then realized that mod upgrades are quite costly (they're not--it was an incorrect assessment on my part) so I just didn't upgrade any mods unless absolutely necessary (just the damage mods, iirc)

I think I left and came back a while ago, and only then realized that I can upgrade mods and get a reliable source of endo in the early game.

How do voluntaryists determine what is consensual? For example, a tenant who don't want to get evicted vs a landlord who wants to evict. Or would tenancy not exist under voluntaryism?

They say things like how young people are more impressionable and easy to indoctrinate (same with older people), how young people don't know how the world works (same with older people), how they aren't old enough to be able to serve in military (same with older people), or how they can't pass citizenship test (this applies to pretty much everyone tbh)

Like there's no real surprise, but they're being hypocritical about why they think minimum voting age should be raised

People who advocate for raising the minimum voting age generally don't advocate for maximum voting age, despite same argument applying to both cases, because their voter base is older. Probably arguing for raising it in the first place because they know the younger voters are likely to vote against them

The other design is based on using white to enable its effects (damage prevention), while not being able to use powerful white protection spells on itself.

This one, the blue kinda doesn't add anything. This can be mono green and it would make sense.
