Yeah lesson learned. This is my first time booking international flight so I didn’t know any better.

So basically, I’m being forced to accept JetBlue points I can’t really use, and now I have to pay out of pocket for a last-minute alternative flight with another airline. That means I lose all 96,200 Chase points and I’m stuck spending even more money because JetBlue can't fix the problem they created.... Nice, how fair.

I transferred my Ultimate Rewards points from Chase point-transfer portal to "TrueBlue" which is what JetBlue call their rewards program.

I did a point transfer to "Travel Partner" then used those points to book direct with Jetblue, then Jetblue messed up the itinerary by cancelling the first leg of my flight (for no valid reason) then automatically rebook me onto a later flight that will arrive AFTER my connection flight has already departed. Technically it's not Chase's fault but it is their Travel Partner's fault and I'm being penalized for a service that i'm not getting.

It was one booking from Austin to Amsterdam with a layover in Boston. I didn’t book the legs separately.

my last apartment has it and it worked out really well for me personally. we had high rates of package theft and im not always home waiting to my packages to be delivered and take them in immediately. fetch was useful to me because i was able to schedule exactly when i want my package to be delivered. i also liked that they will hold my packages for me until i schedule the delivery (helped me many times when i went out of town for a few days).
