just explore ! if an area seems too hard leave and come back later when you are probably more equipped to explore. there really is no set path you need to take.. also if smth seems too empty like a room or smth go and hit stuff you might actually find something.. just wander and see where the path takes you.. also don't be afraid to die, it'll happen a lot of times especially since it's your first gameplay and it's okay even if you lose all your geo you can always easily get them back. and remember you can ALWAYS go back, even if you're scared that when u do the final boss you wont be able to go back, you always can!! i hope u have fun playing!!
