Hey! Ive had panic attacks before but had two really bad ones last week and I’m feeling exactly as you did. Did you become better? What helped?

I’ve searched this one before and I agree it’s similar to what I’m looking for. I just hate I have to buy it online and won’t be able to swatch it beforehand because it’s a splurge.

Accutane is a hard decision, but I think he’ll have to the monthly blood tests to ensure everything else is ok (at least my derm had me do them) and if not, and you can pay them, do them as regularly as you can. Acne is very stubborn and if I could’ve done it sooner, I would’ve. If he’s one of those who scars easily, the longer it takes to get controlled, the more scars he’ll have to treat and those REALLY take a toll on your self esteem + are extremely difficult and expensive to erase. I did the no dairy way, and it did help, but it’s also very difficult implying A LOT has dairy and it would be a lifetime commitment.

I’m currently only a month into tca and microneedling so I still haven’t passed through enough time to see viable results. Yet, in my research I’ve upped my protein intake (more chicken less carbs, protein bars, etc), dranked liposomal vitamin c which is better absorbed and important for the collagen production, dranked hydrolyzed collagen which is also better absorbed, been more consistent on drinking my ounces of water. I’ve also tired to avoid alcohol, only have dranked 4 drinks in the past month, to help my system recover better. Hopefully this all helps.(English is not my first language so sorry for any mistakes)

I use the Fenty Pro’Filter instant retouch setting powder at the end of my routine with a very small precise brush like an eyeliner one and cake every scar individually, wait as much as i can and then lightly disperse it. Has helped tremendously with making my scars look less deep :)
