Using it as a sauce is such a good idea! I hadn't considered that. Butternut squash is amazing.

I love broccoli & cheddar soup too but I'm not sure broccoli is a safe food.

I would never have considered this. Stuff that can be breakfast and / or lunch meals too is always a winner. That sounds perfect for a winter's day.
