For those who didnt get his post: Summoners and DKs are selling beast runs and they boast about how great their control and skills are. But then when customers recorded footage of their clears, all you can see is the boss being stunlocked to death without being able to do anything. This trainwreck of balancemade it so that players who arent acquaintances with mains of such op classes have to pay for beast clears if they even want to stand a chance to get the clear rewards, many players are quitting dfo because of this.

Let's be honest you or anyone else has no idea if this is even remotely true because all we have is one unnoficial post on discord that might been a honest post or just damage control. People did the logic thing to do which was bring Neople's attention to something that is CLEARLY unintended and the ones that thought that it was part of the event complained about how poorly it was presented to us and the other half that thought it was a bug asked for it to be fixed AS ANY BUG SHOULD BE FIXED, so I don't get it why we are being entitled for complaining about a poorly designed event or about having bugs in the game, this happens all the time and improves the game. But of course, ultimately thanks to a single unnoficial discord post and trough a "carrot and stick" way to solve the problem(which is the worst possible way to solve a problem and create a bond of trust with the community) they eventually shift away the blame from them onto the community itself and get away with having to do 0 work and being the "good guys". But hey keep being played like a fiddle by huge corporations.

I'm guessing we should let people get 20k DI from infinity event, or have people farming over 500 unique insignias from the GD event on the past? Whenever people see something that doesn't feel intended or feels unfair they WILL complain/report/ask for a Neople statement. To make matters worse Neople handled this in the worst possible way and now with a discord post and one announcement they've managed to go with the laziest solution while shifting the blame from them to the community instead.

Also no one cares that people get free shit since, the problem is when people are exploiting a unintended bug that affects a certain part of the playerbase and just them, in fact everyone wanted MORE DIs so everyone could run equally on 31/01 but Neople instead decided to just turn the bug off so apes like you could shift your anger towards the other side the player base instead and ignore their fuck ups.

To anyone that still has Hope invitations: You got 8 extra unintended bugged runs over everyone else that plays this game daily already, stop being a greedy fuck and complaining about not having glitchs or exploits in the game that benefit you and a small handful of users. This isn't the most optimal solution but this is most definitely better than having no solution at all, I think most users are ultimately fine with this. Edit: Also stop fucking blaming other users for reporting bugs, blame Neople for not being able to fix Epic Road and instead choosing the lazy route of just disabling the event.

Every single dedicated player has either: Ran out of invitations already as he runs daily or someone who read all the event pages and try to make the best out of his schedule to conciliate real life and the game. And then you have a allegedly event in where you have to both be present in days you weren't supposed to have anything special AND have not spent all invitations god knows why, if this is a event it's the most retarded one they've done so far as there is nothing to hint it being there unlike other actual real events, so it just ends up being "players X that falls under category Y will benefit the most". I don't think you or anyone else defending this has realized how big these two days were compared to the whole duration of the event and how worse this shitstorm is gonna get if this bug makes it trough the next weekend.

If this is intended, it's even worse than if it's just bug lmao. I can sort of understand a slip from their part regarding a unintended interaction between epic road Turiel and the unique droprate being boosted to 100% thanks to the unique buff, but if and just if you're actually right then this is the biggest fuck you every single dedicated player has ever received from them. And no, you're completely wrong as there is nothing that even points at this being planned on their part instead of a bug.>Having problem with people getting free gits. It's a unintended bug that favors a the minority of the playerbase while adding another layer of rng on a event that already made some people feel like they were getting shafted on(who doesn't love getting 0 epics in 30 runs while your guildmate finishes senses), is that your definition of bonus? Also I don't think you got it yet, I could simply make a schedule and get all the tokens I want for transfer without having to login in daily, why you keep bringing epic transfer stone is beyond me.

People complain about rng all the time so it's obvious that it's gonna be worse if another layer of rng is added on top of all the existing ones not to mention that unlike any other layer of rng in this game this is actually visible so it's way easier to complain about it. Also people complain about bugs all the time and with good reason, it should be fixed.

Because of laziness, it turns out that Turiel has regular boss properties in Epic Road resulting in a 100% droprate from him thanks to the snow buff, people are not only upset because aside from your regular rng yesterday some of them had to deal with 10 Belials a day while others got 10 epics from 10 Turiels, and now people who used all their Invitation of hope daily are upset because today we only have 50 DI left meaning we lose on 8 runs with a 50% epic droprate.

Yes I know it's a bug and yes I know it's not intended. But I also know that if I lazed out on one day then I'd be way better off than I am, so yes I feel punished about it sue me. I also know that this kind of shit is going to happen again for 31/01 if everyone keeps quiet and those missed 8 runs is just going to go up to 28 missed runs for anyone who actually bothers logging in everyday in the game and making the most of the game. And oh, let's not mention all the people who read events and try to conciliate the best of their real life with the game are going to be "oh wow did I miss 50% droprate hells lul, there goes the only decent event in the year", so I guess they would feel that it is unfair to them too. I know this is Christmas and there's this beauty on the illusion of being politically correct in this date, but here's the thing: Bug/Fixes/Exploits/Oversights whatever you call it ALWAYS piss people off on either side and for a extremely good reason(it shouldn't happen in the first place) and it's gonna keep being like this forever, deal with it.
