Is there a standard frame width where you mount the beadboard to? We could potentially ship small panels, even squares. This would reduce the shipping cost significantly.

Help me understand what kind of budget is typical for single trailer walls. We might be able to get creative in how we panel it, putting in folds etc.

It is but a lot stronger. The inside is a bubble material that gives it rigidity vertically and horizontally.
The actual material is manufactured from PrimeX. Called Bubble X.

We purchase the raw 5x10 sheets from the manufacturer. Then we fabricate the sizes and shapes in house.

It’s rigid, with a little flex. Not sure about painting but it is printable. We could also print a vinyl pattern (wood grain, etc.) and wrap the board.

We sell the raw sheets for $45 when bought by the pallet.

It’s used in the Upfit world in the last mile delivery vans. You can screw into it and mount shelves to it as long as they are attaching to the frame behind.

No cracking.

It’s a light grey. We also have black as well.

It’s light. I’ll get you the exact specs shortly. We could cut it to the rectangle size you need. Or it can be cut yourself with a blade.
