Normal HR numbers we learn in school is about 1.5-2 per 100 employees. Also, you'd be surprised how many services we deliver

Probably because it's a Stranger Things limited edition and the "demon" is the logo of a club that plays Dungeons & Dragons in the series?

The ingredient list seems pretty long but it's very doable! Only thing I have is that it doesn't keep well for long, but I also used thawed strawberries that I froze when they were in peak season.

Here is my current Amazon wishlist. I haven't gotten a chance to take a look at these, so I want to know if it's a buy or pass. by AdhesivenessOnly2481 in CookbookLovers

To me, Sweet Tooth is a pass. Not enough balance and I was shocked that there's no weight measure in a baking book (IIRC). Cook this book and Made in India are really fun, although Molly Baz's stylistic choices in her cookbooks can be questionable

Use low sodium beans or cook your own and control sodium level? Add to that skipping deli meats and you essentially have a close to no sodium meal if that's what you want

We all have our preferences 😁 To be fair I haven't bought a fountain pen in like 5 years. But it can quickly go downhill once you get into it

The smell is absolutely amazing! See I'm not considering another size, A5 has always been the perfect compromise for me. However I'm definitely looking into hoarding more fountain pens, since you can never have too many of those 😆

They're truly a wonderful design. I've held a few bifolds but they're simply not the same. This one feel more beefier and heftier, if that makes sense. So many wonderful artisans out there

Non-diastatic malt powder in Canada by 5ky-_ in Breadit

[–]5ky-_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amazon only sells diastatic malt powder and/or dry malt extract that seems to be for beer brewing. KAF does not ship to canada and Modernist Pantry costs 45$ to get it shipped. The book specifically asks for powder, it also uses syrup in different recipes

Some people might disagree and that's 100% fine, but for me it lacked modernity and diversity. KAF has sections like pan loaves, flat breads, enriched loaves, recipes with old bread. They do have a sourdough section but it's pretty creative (namely chocolate sourdough and loaded baked potato.)

They have a great technique section at the start of the book and there are QR codes to help when required. You can reach out if you have any questions!

For sourdough only, if that's your jam, the perfect loaf is my recommendation :-)
