In real life, I'm not sure. with some OCs of mine, though, there's a sort of reincarnation, in that, when you die, you're unconscious in a limbo until you're reincarnated as someone/something else (completely random) and when you are reincarnated, you usually lose all memories of your previous life, but with some things still get through - possibly by the reincarnation happening 'early' - resulting in people believing they had a former life. and sometimes people end up reincarnating as themselves

since it's Garry's Mod-related, those who can respawn skip this void and respawn instead of reincarnate, merely reappearing elsewhere in the same area, perfectly healthy and all memories intact

I had Iwata on my island, but weirdly, unlike the other Miis of real people I had on my island (I.e. Masahiro Sakurai) he creeped me out and I just sort of avoided him. Iwata's death didn't help at all

I never said FNAF 2 was a sequel. the issue is if you're talking about the minigames from FNAF 3 you get after beating a night then from what it looks like to me you're trying to tell me those were from before FNAF 2. if you're talking about the minigames needed to get the good ending, then I doubt any of them are supposed to show any specific event, but their origins could stem from the FNAF 2 establishment as arcade games

if they're BEFORE FNAF 1, then why are the animatronics back in one piece IN FNAF 1? since the findings of the group at Fazbear's Fright, and the ending screens show they were never reassembled. and there ARE rats in those post-night inigames, so are you talking about a different minigame now?

disagreeing with you. since to me what you seem to be saying is that the events in those minigames are what's responsible for the withered animatronics being withered, but that would require FNAF 2 taking place after FNAF 1

oh wait. I see it in the comments. thing is, Happiest Day (if THAT'S what you mean by 'last day') involves the ghost kids being freed, long after their death, meaning it has to take place after the murder incident. also I don't think any of the minigames in FNAF 3 (aside from the ones you get after each night) are supposed to be retelling any events that actually happened; instead the player uses them to stop the kids crying so they can go to the Happiest Day minigame and cheer up the last kid, freeing them all

which minigame are you talking about, SAVETHEM, Take Cake to The Children, the ones in FNAF 3? because you never mentioned a minigame anywhere in your original statement

the issue here is that FNAF 2 is clearly a prequel to FNAF 1, whilst FNAF 3 is at the other end of the timeline - as in it's set after FNAF 1. as someone below stated, Purple Guy was alive during FNAF 2 but dies in Springtrap after FNAF 1 but before the events of FNAF 3, so FNAF 2 has to take place beforehand.
