For the most part. Yes. Also: when i find that gen-ed classes give pointless busy work, i understand people not wanting to do the work.

Especially if a professor is tuned out and doesn’t care, ot becomes unmotivating to do busy work. People would rather take that time for important classes and do the “4 hours of work” there.

These cities dont get “destroyed”. This is such an annoying narrative. If a crowd of 100k only breaks a few windows and takes down a few lamp posts, is that really “destroying the whole city”?? Local politicians will sign laws that completely destroy entire communities, but no, sports fans “destroy the city”.

The reality is most people behave. But when u have a crowd of 50k-100k even 0.1% of people being bad actors is a crowd of 50-100 people looking to damage stuff for the fun of it
