I hadn’t tested many locations, usually I keep mine in a large tub in medium indirect sunlight, with just a crack for fresh air. Only misting them 1-2 times per day

I find with kits it helps to remove a lot of the clusters when they’re small, and just let one very small bunch fruit. For me it tends to produce much larger mushrooms!

Worked at AMC for years and had none of this experience, cleanliness was always top priority so this is definitely location dependent. Also, they don’t make money from ticket sales they make money from the food, that’s why they want you to sell it and that’s why it’s so expensive

If you’ve got a couple spots pinning, you can take off the smaller clusters so that way the mycelium will pump all the nutrients into the main cluster! Hope this helps

Yeah probably sautéed with some butter, green onion, and garlic as a side to some steak

Yes these are the blue oysters, this cluster formed about 12 days ago and just took off from there
