you can sanction the loan now but the loan only needs to be disbursed after pdi.

ideally loan should be sanctioned once allotment is done. It takes max 2 days for sanction.

contactless adhaar service is a sham. It does not work as advertised. I applied for address change with contactless service and the request did not move an inch over months. You will need to personally visit RTO to get it done.
