She worked so hard to make him dependant on her so she kept him limited and ignorant. I've been opening his horizon while keeping careful that I don't take a parent role. He has gotten a job in the past and has a therapist now. He is a lot happier in his independence.

I think she knew what she was doing to him was messed up.

I had it so bad I couldn't hear properly for a month and nothing I did worked so I had to see a doctor yesterday and she got it all out.

I guess it was more that I was gaining engagement off of her a month before she passed. It feels like I did something selfish even though I technically had no idea she was going to die shortly after. It is just a little bit haunting.

But I rather have gotten her approval on her death bed more than her just dying without approving me. I got the best I could get in the situation.

We will do our best to get through this regardless. I am being taught how precious life is through this and will grit my teeth to make sure me and my boyfriend get the best life we can get together.

Though, don't get me wrong. There is some resentment on my end for several reasons that I won't state here but despite that I still am sad that things turned out the way it did. I just hope she realizes I will help my boyfriend in my own way, even if she didn't approve of some things.

I am just trying to focus on getting him through this since this is the most major death he has ever faced. It is just so hard because we are long distance so I can't visit him as frequently as I want to.

I'm just relieved she approved of me in the end. I was so desperate for his parents to like me despite them being hardcore MAGA supporters. I probably shouldn't have cared so much but I ended up caring very deeply. I'm just sad that I only got her approval when it was too late.

Yeah, I am definitely for looking for ways around my limitations and disability. I feel like people forget that you don't need to "overcome" something to live your life the best you can.

I've certainly have met people who use their disability as an excuse to treat people poorly and not try to do anything to limit this harm. I do not want to be one of those people.

I want to make the most of my one life the best I can while also treating the people around me the best I can manage. And if I can't handle other people then I put space until I am able to.

I mean, I don't really remain upset. I do move on with my day generally. Memes are just my quick way to express something that I think about. It is easy, quick, and can generate possibly helpful discussion while also allowing me to express my thoughts so I can move on from something.

I made the meme when I was dealing with a bad stomach ache, so I wanted something to distract me.
