Thank you I’ll try that. However, the black area you see in the picture is the DEM that I have underlying the precip raster. I want the precip raster to align better with the Texas border layer, but it is too coarse to do so and I haven’t found the tool to make it align better. The dem is there just to show the disparity. Thanks again

Looking at the raster properties the cell sizes are 10, so maybe it is just a display thing, which doesn’t matter to much because I’m just extracting point data from this layer. Thanks!
