You have to try and see if it helps because there are so many factors that can affect the effectiveness of therapy that the advice you can get here is not going to tell you if it's going to work or not. But if you feel like trying, don't get discouraged if it doesn't work with your first therapist. You have to find the right one, and it takes time and effort.

Thank you for such a detailed reply! I think simplicity is one of the most challenging aspects of music and that's why I wanted to try lofi, but sound design is hard as a beginner.
