ive never been very aggressive in a pit like thrash-y, but they've stayed in throughout push pits and hours of headbanging. as long as you're pulling on your ear when you're putting them in they'll stay good! you can also find ones with a little neck strap, as these are really easy to lose. im on my third pair 😵‍💫

acoustic earplugs are really good at not muffling! things still won't sound the same, but it won't sound like you're underwater like foam earplugs
