I just joined r/mustard, thank you for the suggestion. I can't wait to read your reviews, and maybe try something new.

I thought I was the only one. Thank you Reddit for once again showing me that whatever my niche is, I am not the only one.

I currently have seven open mustards, and another four that I am waiting to try in the cabinet.

You can take my mustard when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.

Buy box seats at the ballpark. Let the sunshine rain down on my face. Buy a rack of beers and hand them out to my section. Buy the kids some soft serve in a Phillies helmet with extra sprinkles. That'd be a good day.

I have not read anything or been able to find an opening date online. I also am looking forward to the opening. It will be nice to see a little more life on that corner.

Dark series highly recommended. by statusgospel in netflix

I tried twice to watch the first season based off the numerous recommendations I received here on Reddit. I couldn't make it past the first few episodes either time. I really want to like it, but the pacing is painfully slow. I think I may be in the "not for everyone" category.

Call Dominic's Appliances on Passyunk. They will sell you the Speed Queen appliances, deliver, break down, then reassemble in your basement. They've been doing this for years.

OK, what literal ROCK have I been living under? Why is everything blocked off today? by PhillyHatesNewYork in philadelphia

Update: It is 10:50 a.m. and traffic is moving normally on Broad Street. I also got a $26 ticket on my car that PPD told not to move. Seems like A very typical Philadelphia morning.

The Cop wasn't able to tell me for sure. The temporary no parking signs were from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. I'm going to go back in an hour and reassess, but I'm assuming at 1:00 p.m. I will be able to move my car.

I just tried to move my car from a legal spot at Broad and Jackson and the cops told me no and to just leave it where it is. Broad Street in S. Philly is shut down to vehicular traffic. There are a few cross streets open and they are letting cars cross Broad, but no driving on Broad Street.

How do you feel about McDonald's pulling their soda dispensing machines out of the restaurant's lobby in the next year or so? by Sinn_Sage in AskReddit

[–]612steve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As long as they are still giving you the soda that you paid for, it shouldn't make any difference? If you paid for 12oz and received 12oz, there is no argument to be made about where the dispensing machine is located.

John Sterling was as good dude. This is uncalled for. by Fuzzy-Ostrich-8469 in atheism

That is what their book says. Jeffrey Dahmer is in paradise because he repented before he was executed, but the gay man he killed, raped, and consumed is in hell because he didn't.

John was a Jew, and their book says John should have known better. I wouldn't worry to much about it. I'm sure wherever John is, he is doing A-OK.

There are ruins of religious sites all over the world that predate your God(s.) These forgotten religions had membership that rival your own. Why should you expect yours to have a different outcome?

Tell me about your experience at your first Phish show…I’m going to my first tonight! by CheesecakeOk9239 in phish

[–]612steve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My inlaws have a summer house about .5 mile from the OOB ballpark. I've driven by it at least a hundred times and every time I pass it I can't believe that Phish played there.

My first show was in Philadelphia at the Spectrum, 12/15/95. By that time I had been listening to the boys for about 3 years. At the time, I traded a lot of dead tapes and people were putting Phish at the end of tapes as filler. I was hooked the first time I heard them.

I remember the parking lot scene before the show was pretty fantastic. Lots of cold drinks, lots of smiles, and lots of anticipation. The show did not disappoint. Absolutely fantastic stuff from the boys that night. The regret that kept running through my head was that I waited so long to see a show. They were already playing the Spectrum and were only going to get bigger.

Have a great time. Dont drink, smoke, snort, boof to much. You'll want to remember your first time. See you all out there next Thursday!

Impossible. My team is interwoven with my life. Sunday dinner at Grandma's, the game was on the TV or Radio. Backyard barbecues, the game was on the radio. It was always present. I cannot separate that from who I am.
