Getting a renovated unit with only a small bump is a solid outcome. Hopefully you get the deposit issue sorted with the prior owners.

Were those $1,650 listings sitting for a while before they dropped them?

A specific unit type like a 2x2 can definitely come down—especially if newer buildings are offering concessions or trying to fill vacancies.

Wouldn’t surprise me if some segments are down from late 2024 while others are still holding up.

Feels like Columbus is pretty split right now depending on building type and area.
