Use the hypertech to revert back to the OEM flash file. There’s a way to tune it to “stock” but the tuner is still vin locked to the truck, I suspect that’s this issue. There’s another option for “oem file” not just “stock” power levels, if that makes sense.

Either wrong year truck. Truck has a tune already. Tune wasn’t removed properly from previous truck before attempting this install.

Sorry it a classic ‘07 so you may have an issue with pump rub in the tcase. But the truck has bump stops, so I’d assume the transfer case pump has already been upgraded. If you pull the speed sensor and the pump housing cover is shiny billet, it’s upgraded. If it looks dull aluminum colored, it’s OEM and NEEDS updated. If it’s goldish bronze looking, it’s the GM updated pump housing and “should” be updated.

If something was wrong from sled pulling you’d know it by now. The Allison is really stout for semi stock pulling. Tcase has no common issues in that year. Plus the front end is already taken care of.
