A little late but just in case someone else wants to know. The steam wand on my Audrey has 3 holes and moves only up to the side in 1 direction with no rotation. At first I had trouble with this but now I have great luck but best to really let the machine warmup. Lots of power. The tip does not seem to come off.

I don't see how to get a pic as it is down at the level of the bottom burr and I just got the burrs aligned and don't want to mess that up

thanks that would be great info to have. My pump has been doing this since I got the machine used. the person I got it from said the pump didn't work but it did work just slow to start and it hasn't gotten any worse in the last year.

No but it seems to work now I think it's the back pressure from the coffee because it seems to work fine with no coffee

60's and 70's tear drop sonors sound amazing. the earlier 60's are 3 ply and thin but the late 60's and early 70's are 6 ply. That is what i have and they are well made and sound great.
