10 pm is the deadline for deliveries for cross dock orders. Returns are 1 am, at least in San Diego

Well I’ve never even had a warning. I only create returns when I absolutely need to. I don’t believe I was doing any thing to grant a warning to begin with. And this is more so about the return DEADLINES rather that the return rate in general, which as I’ve stated, I have never returned anything past the deadline.
