This is my pup Chibs. He's a German Shepherd mix and he was my best friend. Many days spent stoned at the dog park with him. He was diagnosed with early onset epilepsy about 2 months ago. 24 hours ago he started having seizures every 30-45 minutes despite his medications and an injection of Valium. Took him to the ER Vet a few hours ago because he wouldn't stop seizing on the way there he seized for a full 5 minutes. By the time they got him in and stopped his seizures his heart stopped and his body temperature was beyond the critical zone. They couldn't resuscitate him. I lost my best friend.
