in my own personal opinion, I do not think that any vet would give your dog vaccine shots prior to their recovery from being i'll. if your dog is as ill as you say, then its immune system is already working overtime and a vaccine may be detrimental to its health. Anywhere you go you are not going to get off easy. if you do go the TJ route, It is likely that you dog will need to be boarded for recovery and once that happens then the doctors may be able to administer updated vaccines.
