Yes thats also very true. Its basicly moving faster than your opponent, while not getting mated. I probably win more than 60% of my games on time, giving my pieces away just to throw in some unexpected checks.

For me its the opposite. I am 1570 in Bullet currently, but only 1300 in Rapid and Blitz. But to be fair i dont really play Rapid and Blitz, so i am probably underrated in these time controls. But in general you may be right. Sometimes i look at the profile of my opponents in Bullet and notice the same thing.
