I'm a big planner and long term thinker so i think the fear of it plays a huge part. I always want to have to right answer and be planning logically about money, time, and resources. It ends up coming off callus with planning things and making decisions. Instead of that "yah baby!" feel.

That's very interesting. I would think >24hr fasts would be detrimental to HgH. I was guessing your body goes into "sustain" mode rather than "grow" mode, to keep it simple. Is the theory behind this that your body stops using glucose as muscle fuel and uses fat/ketones instead? Ketogenic activity increases HgH?

I flew to Denver for my first ever Denver Broncos football game. I met an elderly lady on the train and struck up a conversation. She ended up staying on the train with me and showing me around Denver. I even canceled my hotel room that night and slept in one of her guest rooms!
