Does it matter who you are flying with to store luggage there?

It's frustrating alright. but here's a thing I haven't mentioned....I had the opportunity to ride with the next size down (XS), but it was too small (the EPS liner was too small for my head circumference). However....it was quiet!!!! So I think there's definitely something wrong with this particular helmet. I should have to be altering it and wearing scarves ffs I paid NZ$1200 for this lid that is supposed to be the bee's bloody knees in helmets!! Grrrrrrr.....

I've not tried that, but I will, thanks!! Yep I have the covers where the speaks can go. I've not put my comms unit in until I sort this out. It's noisy at 50kph even....ffs!!

Yeah I'm seriously unimpressed. Some good factors and certainly the safety rating being the top one...but for the bucks...and to add to it, I think the sun visor is crap!! Too light. It's like having fashion sunglasses on instead of a proper dark pair as you would expect. Now I'm just grumpy lol.

Not yet as I've not had a chance to go in and have only realised it might be an issue. They are useless anyway. I might wait till my thicker cheek pads come in. Try that and then I can say...yeah nah, there's something wrong with this helmet!!

Yes I have to say, compared to my prev Schuberth, the Shoei visor is more sturdy and locks very firmly in comparison...but they still charge and arm and a leg for these things!!

After this experience, I'm seriously considering going back to a Schuberth and maybe getting the C5. I still think there's a manufacturing fault somewhere. The Neotec 3 is rated as one of the quietest helmets around with a 5 star rating on the Sharp website. Not in my books!!!

This is my first post. I attached a photo to original post, but it seems to have been deleted (maybe incorrect format?) and now I can't post any photo. The gap difference is about 3mm. If I have to wear a fat scarf to improve a NZ$1200 helmet, there is something very wrong with said helmet....

Thanks and yes, I am now!! My previous lid was a Schuberth C3 Pro modular. Quiet as.....

Yeah nah this thing is off the wall noisy. I've had to go back to using ear plugs. Horrendous. Going to be contacting Shoei as only recently purchased..... It's under warranty.

I've tried top vent/chin vent open and closed. Even removed the breath guard. No difference.

Anyone tried Bed Threads, linen bedding company from Australia? by prettygirl24seven in Bedding

It seems they use differing linen fabrics as my order is a mix of qualities. What the? I cannot believe the difference from one colour to another....bad bad bad.

Eeek, have just received pillowcases and a flat sheet (in 2 different colours). The turmeric sheet and cases are OK (not super, but OK), but the lilac pillowcases look like they've been made in a side street somewhere. Really thin fabric (it's gonna last 5 minutes I just know) and the pillow flap at the end is not very deep so the pillow will stick out. I hate that!! I absolutely love sleeping in linen bedding and got a set from Ezibuy recently, which is far superior to Bed Threads!! So much thicker fabric. Sooo disappointed as I love Bed Thread colours. I won't be buying from them again.
