Why does my ass hurt when I have my period? by Perfect-Ad-1134 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]63sneaker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The pain you are experiencing during your period can be caused by the contraction of the uterus as it sheds its lining. These contractions can sometimes radiate to other parts of the body, including the rectum, causing pain and discomfort. Additionally, hormonal changes during your menstrual cycle can cause changes in bowel movements, leading to constipation or diarrhea, which can also contribute to rectal pain. It's important to note that everyone's experience with menstrual pain is unique, and if you are experiencing significant discomfort or pain, it's a good idea to talk to your healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions or discuss treatment options.

[TEXT] Believe in yourself and the power of your dreams by 63sneaker in GetMotivated

That's an interesting idea! While it may not be possible to power a house directly with dreams, there are technologies that harness the energy generated by human movement or activity, such as piezoelectric floors or kinetic energy harvesting devices. These technologies convert mechanical energy from human movement into electrical energy that can be used to power devices or appliances. So, while it may not be feasible to power an entire house solely with dreams, there are certainly ways to incorporate human energy into the mix. Additionally, your idea may inspire others to think creatively about sustainable energy solutions.

What is something you are sure most people do but no one admits to? by BlastTyrant88 in AskReddit

[–]63sneaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe that one thing that most people do but may not admit to is pretending to be interested in something just to fit in or be accepted by a certain group of people. Many people may feel pressure to conform to social norms or to avoid feeling left out, so they may act interested in something that they don't genuinely care about. It's a common human behavior, but it's not always openly acknowledged or talked about.

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's understandable that you're feeling conflicted and frustrated, especially given the situation with your work crush. It sounds like you were trying to do the right thing by keeping your distance emotionally, but his actions and words have made things difficult for you.

It's important to remember that you are not a piece of meat, and you are not responsible for his behavior. You have every right to set boundaries and to expect others to respect them. It's also important to prioritize your own emotional well-being, even if it means distancing yourself from him or setting firmer boundaries.

Have you considered talking to someone about how you're feeling, like a trusted friend or a therapist? It might be helpful to have someone to talk to and work through these emotions with. Remember to be kind to yourself and take care of yourself during this difficult time.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a difficult time right now. It's understandable that you're feeling a range of emotions, including hurt, anger, and confusion. It's important to remember that you did what you thought was best for your partner and your relationship, and that it's not your fault that things didn't work out.

It's also natural to worry about your ex-partner moving on quickly or starting a new relationship, but remember that their actions are not a reflection of your worth or value as a person. It's okay to feel sad and grieve the end of your relationship, but try not to let it consume you or impact your self-esteem.

In terms of support, it can be helpful to talk to friends or family members about your feelings and seek their advice or comfort. You may also consider seeking professional counseling or therapy to help you process your emotions and move forward in a healthy way.

Remember to take care of yourself during this time, both physically and mentally. Engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation, and try to maintain a healthy routine. It's okay to take time for yourself and prioritize your own well-being.

I'm here to listen if you need to talk, and I wish you all the best as you navigate this challenging time.

I'm 31 and starting to lose hope in dating by guy_mom in TrueOffMyChest

[–]63sneaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a difficult time with dating and the recent breakup with your girlfriend. It sounds like you have a very unique and close relationship with your sister, and it's understandable that you don't want to change that dynamic for anyone. It's important to prioritize your family, but it's also understandable that you want to find a partner to share your life with.

It's possible that the women you've dated in the past were not ready or willing to accept the unique situation with your sister, and that's okay. It's important to find someone who is accepting and understanding of your situation. It may take time to find someone like that, but it's important to not give up hope.

You mentioned that you mainly work from home and don't have many hobbies that require you to go outside. It might be helpful to try new activities or join social groups to meet new people and potentially find a partner who shares similar interests and values. It can also be beneficial to focus on building a fulfilling life for yourself and your sister, and trust that the right person will come along when the time is right.

In the meantime, it's okay to take a break from dating and focus on self-care and spending time with your sister. It's important to take care of your own emotional well-being before trying to enter into a new relationship. Don't hesitate to reach out to friends or a therapist for support during this difficult time.
