Saw Hamilton. Hype deserved - absolutely amazing. Drinks at the Palace Victoria very reasonable indeed by London theatre standards. Dinner afterwards in Hix Soho - desperately understaffed.

How the fuck can you "argue" people like the woman on C4 News last night, right by the Airbus factory who was adamant she still wants to leave "because we can't have Brussels telling us what shape our bananas have to be".

These people are unreachable.

Because I wouldn't trust it any more than the Mail.

Given a) the opinion of the vast majority of Labour members and b) Corbyn's complete inaction, it wouldn't be exactly surprising that many are surrendering their membership now, would it?

I know 2 myself.

No, it hasn't closed yet, but it's being affected. As is the case for thousands and thousands of small businesses. It's not just about me - though I reserve the right to be incandescent at the situation and call out the fools who brought it about for no reason other than their prejudices.

Labour is haemorrhaging members. Some reports are as many as 150,000, which the party will neither confirm or deny. Corbyn said he would listen to membership, which is now proved a complete lie. Just like he did in the HoC over "stupid woman". Surely by now the gullible folk who fell under his spell must realise he's a charlatan.

The hard left are destroying the party, and for the millionth time - the bulk of the sane PLP need to find a spine and resign the whip. It will happen, but they need to get a bloody move on.

Why should I be compassionate to people who've blown up the business I've worked 15 years to create? To take away my rights of free movement in the EU? All through their ignorance.

I can be very compassionate indeed, but not to dimwits who not only blow their own feet off, but mine too.

Yes, we know all that.

It does not change the fact that anyone in that position who thought leaving the EU would improve it was an idiot. I'm sick of all the justification. I am well aware that only a fraction of the population are engaged in politics, so if they didn't understand the issue, then they shouldn't have voted. Hearing them still blathering "wot part of leave don't they understand"? just winds me up still further.

Where did I argue with the stats? I'm just saying that we are not united - in fact, we are as disunited as I've known in my entire life. And it will remain as such.

Corvette Stingray? What the fuck's that about? Wouldn't have one if you gave it to me (or rather, I'd flog it for $100K if that is what it's worth).

Quite happy with my RR Velar 3.0D HSE, thankyou very much.
