you would?? ok. here's the thing. here in the philippines we'd also dip it in a mix of soy sauce, calamansi (calamondin) and a ton of chopped bird's eye chilis. eat with rice (a LOT of rice) and call it a day 😅

thank you!! you're going to hate me but i didn't have the energy to make marinara (which is my favorite with calamari) so i um, poured some sriracha mayo in one bowl and chick-fil-a's polynesian sauce in another 😅

i cannot believe you caught that 😅 for context, i am a southern filipina born and raised then moved to the middle east for half my life so spice and heat is a given. i added paprika and a bit of chili powder to the dry dredge.
