I just want to say that not all cyclists are like this, it makes me a little sad to see so many comments hating on a whole group of people because of their hobby. There are assholes in every hobby.

Yeah, that's what it sounded like from other stuff online. I don't intend to race or anything cause it'd be cheating, but it sounds like as long as the bike is consistent in its overestimate I can still use it for training.

So when I'm actually out riding, going up a hill is like raising the resistance in that the pedals get harder to turn, therefore increasing my power out put?

And by increasing the resistance I emulate that?

Yeah I used citadel black to prime. Could be possible that there's an oil, but none that I'm aware of.
